What counts as an "active patient"?
A patient with at least one consultation in the trailing 12 months. Not your total charts: old records cost nothing, and you never pay for patients you no longer see. The number is recomputed nightly — if your practice shrinks, your plan can go down too. You’ll see the meter in the app long before you approach your limit.

- Additional doctors with 25% discount. The first doctor in the clinic pays the full price; each additional doctor seat in the same office has a volume discount.
- Billing per clinic. Each clinic pays for the seats of the doctors working there. A doctor working at multiple clinics does not pay twice for the same clinic; each entity pays precisely for its own operation.
- We never hold your data hostage. If your subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only and a full export of your records is free, forever. No hostages, no fine print.
- Prices in US dollars (USD). Pay by card, or the way things actually get paid in Venezuela: Zelle, bank transfer, or USDT — yearly payment is one transaction for the whole year.
- Yearly = 2 months free. And there’s a 7-day grace period after any lapse: never a surprise lockout mid-consultation.
- Reading is never gated. If you outgrow your plan, only registering new patients above the limit pauses — your existing records stay complete and editable.
Can your hospital or medical group pay for you?
Institutions can sponsor their doctors’ subscriptions with a yearly volume invoice. The sponsor pays the bill — and never sees your patients or records: your clinic remains yours, with your permissions. If you leave the institution, your account and data go with you.

What happens when I exceed my plan’s limit?
Only registering new patients above the limit pauses — reading and editing what exists is never blocked. The app shows the meter well in advance, and upgrading takes a minute.
Are assistants really free? How are additional doctors charged?
Yes, assistants and administrative staff are unlimited and 100% free on every plan so that access auditing works. Additional doctors in the same clinic are charged a seat fee with a 25% discount on the plan's base price.
I work at multiple clinics, do I have to pay multiple times?
You don't pay twice for the same clinic. Each clinic pays for the seats of the doctors working there. If you have your own private practice and also work at a medical group, you pay for your practice and the group covers your seat at their facility. Each entity expenses precisely its own operation.
How do I pay from Venezuela?
In USD: by card, or via Zelle, bank transfer, or USDT (we record it against your account and you’re set). Yearly manual payment is the most convenient: one transaction, twelve months.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
You get 7 days of grace with everything working. Then your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, everything stays viewable and exportable for free, forever. Reactivate whenever and pick up where you left off.
