Every access is logged
Who opened which record, when, and from where: everything lands in a tamper-proof audit trail you can review. No exceptions, not even for us.
Permissions by role, not by trust
Your assistant schedules but cannot read clinical notes. The visiting doctor doesn’t see your patients. Each person gets exactly the permissions of their job — and you control them.
At the bar of HIPAA’s technical safeguards
Dirumed is built following the technical safeguards of the US HIPAA rule — access control, auditing, integrity, and transmission security — even though Venezuela doesn’t require it.
Nothing is ever truly deleted
Medical records are never physically erased: closed consultations cannot be altered and every change is traced. Chart integrity is guaranteed.
Sessions that look after themselves
Leave a session open on the front-desk computer and Dirumed closes it automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.
A single front door
No clinical data is read or written directly: everything goes through one central API that validates identity and permissions and logs the access. No back doors.
Continuously backed up in the cloud
Your data doesn’t live on a computer that can break, get lost, or be stolen. It lives backed up in redundant data centers, available from any authorized device.
Your data is yours. Period.
Your patients’ records belong to you and to them — not to us. We don’t sell them, share them, or use them for advertising. If you ever decide to leave, we hand them over complete, in a standard, readable format.
